Privacy policy

Ops Hub is an internal operational product. Its purpose is to help authorized Koeppel Companies personnel review cash variances, tip exceptions, safe counts, and supporting workflow history. Public pages on this site provide product context and support guidance, but operational case data is available only after sign-in.

What data the product uses

The application processes operational identifiers, store names, business dates, workflow statuses, and the supporting metadata required to route review work to the appropriate role. Authenticated sessions may also use security controls such as CAPTCHA, session cookies, access tokens, refresh tokens, and monitoring metadata for reliability and abuse prevention.

How access is limited

Access is restricted according to role and store scope. Store, district, admin, and owner views are expected to see only the information necessary for their operating responsibilities. Session handling, audit history, and incident monitoring exist to support accountability, platform stability, and response to production failures.

Support and questions

If you need help understanding how your data appears in Ops Hub or need an access change reviewed, use the support guidance on the contact page. For urgent operational concerns, escalate through your regional operating lead and include the relevant case identifiers so the platform team can investigate accurately.

Public informational pages on this domain are intentionally limited to product context, support guidance, and policy language. Operational case data, employee-facing detail, and workflow evidence remain inside the authenticated application and are not intended for public indexing.

The platform team reviews privacy, security posture, and production-monitoring behavior as the product evolves so the operational experience stays accountable without expanding the visible data surface unnecessarily.

Questions about privacy expectations should be routed through the same support path used for access issues and workflow concerns so responses stay aligned with the current operating model, documented controls, and any active production safeguards that affect how the platform is being used.
